4 oz. soft brie cheese, rind removed, room temperature
½ cup butter, room temperature
2/3 cup flour
2 dashes cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp salt
Combine cheese and butter in processor. Mix till creamy. Add remaining ingredients, blend till dough almost forms a ball. Shape into rolls 2 inches round. Refrigerate over night, slice in ¼ inch pieces, place on cookie sheet, 2" apart.
Bake at 400F, 10-12 minutes till edges brown
Cool and sprinkle with paprika.
