Chocolate Cream

½ lb. chocolate

6 tbsp coffee

5 yolks

½ pint whip cream

½ tsp almond

¼ cup sugar

Melt chocolate, stir in coffee. Beat yolks till lemon coloured and mix in melted chocolate. Fold into whipped cream with sugar and almond.
