Pie Crust


Chop till crumbled:

6 cups flour

1 tbsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 lb. lard


Add 1 egg, beaten. Fill with cold water to make 1 cup. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Roll between wax paper and add a little flour if sticky.
