10 slices white bread - cubed and crusts removed
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 beaten eggs
1 cup light cream
½ tsp pepper
1 lb. cooked pork sausage, crumbled
½ cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ can sliced mushroom (optional)
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Arrange layers of bread, sausage, cheese and mushrooms. Repeat layers. Combine rest of ingredients, pour over top. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 350F, covered, for 45 minutes
