½ cup sour cream
¼ cup soft butter
2 cups grated cheddar
¼ tsp Worcestershire
¼ tsp salt
1 cup all purpose four
Combine all ingredients except flour. Blend in flour, kneading in the last of it. Shape into rolls, 2” in diameter. Cut into ¼" slices.
To freeze: Wrap roll and freeze. Partially thaw for 1 hour, then slice and bake.
Bake at 350F, for 12-15 minutes, or until light golden
Makes 2 dozen
Onion Cheese: As above and blend 2 tsp dried onion flakes into butter
Bacon Cheese: As above and blend 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled, into butter
