4 cups fine bread crumbs
½ cup grated parmesan, Romano, or cheddar cheese
3 small crushed garlic cloves
½ cup soyabean oil
1 cup fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Arrange coated chicken pieces on shallow, greased pan.
Cover with aluminium foil.
Bake 350F, for 45 - 60 minutes
