Stawberry Napoleon


Puff Pastry: roll to 1/8 inch thick. Prick pastry with fork, let rest for 15 minutes. Bake till golden brown.


Once cool, spread with light pastry cream - place berries on top. Cover with lightly sweetened whipped cream - top with 2nd pastry - sprinkle icing sugar.
