Sunny Baked Eggs


1 tbsp fresh parsley

1 ½ tbsp minced ham

1 ½ tbsp cubed brie

2 eggs

1 tbsp heavy cream

salt and pepper


Toss first 3 ingredients, place in bottom of 3” ramkin. Break eggs over mixture, pour cream on top, salt and pepper. Place ramkins in baking dish, pour hot water 1” up their sides.


Bake at 400, for 15-20 minutes
