Chocolate Mousse


6 tbsp cocoa

6 tbsp cake flour

¾ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Sift together

¾ cup sugar

4 egg whites, stiffly beaten

4 egg yolks well beaten


Add sugar gradually to whites then fold in yolks. Fold in dry ingredients. Place in a pan lined with wax paper and greased.


Bake at 400F, for 13 minutes
