Key Lime Pie


1 can sweetened condensed milk
6 egg yolks

1/2 cup lime juice


Combine condensed milk and eggs, beat for 8 minutes. Add lime juice, beat 1 second. Use spatula and fold in juice. Pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate and top with whipped cream
.
