Puff Pastry Apple Dessert


1 package puff pastry

3 eggs

½ cups sugar

½ cups 35% cream

½ cup 10% cream

2 tbsp apple liquor

1 tsp vanilla

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

3 tbsp butter

4-5 apples, sliced ½ inch

Additional 3 tbsp sugar


Heat oven and roll 12, 4” squares. Line 4” muffin tins with squares. Let over hang and refrigerate. Mix next 9 ingredients and beat. Melt butter then add sugar and apples over a medium heat - cook till apples are golden - cool. Place apples over pastry, pour cream mix over apples.


Cook at 400F, for 30-40 minutes


Cool, then serve with whipped cream or ice-cream.
