Short Bread Cookies


1 lb. butter

8 oz. fruit sugar

3 cups flour


Sift flour and sugar - add butter - mix till blended.

Pat to ½ inch thickness. Place on parchment paper on a baking tray.


Bake at 300F, for 20-30 minutes on parchment paper
