Apple Crisp


4 large apples

½ cup brown sugar

½ tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp rum

Mix last 3 ingredients


1 cup flour

½ tsp salt

1 cup grated medium cheddar

½ cup soft butter

½ cup brown sugar


Slice apples thinly, sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and rum mixture on apples, mix lightly. Crumble mixture over apples of flour, sugar, butter and salt.


Bake at 325F, for 40-45 minutes
