Base:
5 tbsp melted butter
1 cup walkers shortbread cookies, crushed
¼ cup sugar
½ cup chopped macadamia nuts + 8-10 coarsely chopped
Filling:
1 can sweet condensed milk
4 egg yolks
1 3oz. cream cheese
½ cup key lime juice
1 cup 35% cream, whipped
Combine first 4 ingredients, press into 9” pie plate. Put in freezer while making filling. Combine milk and egg yolks. Add cream cheese. Slowly add lime juice. Pour into chilled pie crust and refrigerate overnight. Top with whipped cream and scattered nuts.
