Sugared Orange Peel

Strips from 4 thick skinned oranges

Bring water to a boil, place strips in water. Boil and drain 3 times.

Bring to a boil ¼ cup water and ½ cup sugar, add strips.

Stir till syrup is absorbed, cool and roll in sugar, spread to dry.
